I loved this laptop until I started using it. , it stops loading. The light starts flashing, so you find yourself taping it to hold it in position to charge. Then the loading process stops completely. I know this is an issue with the Microsoft Surface, not just my laptop, because the ex-boss had a more expensive $2500 version with a detachable screen, and the power adapter on his computer did the same thing. Then there are no screws on the bottom. Laptop: This means you can't take it apart and fix battery or motherboard problems yourself or at a repair shop. You CAN take it apart, but that renders the laptop almost unusable (google demos for that). Then the fact that the touchpad stopped working after a year. I've been using this touchscreen laptop for over a year. I finally spent the money to buy a new laptop and am switching to a different brand. The one with the screws below.
