Update on my previous post. I did not ask to be contacted, but HaloFox contacted me in advance of the original report (of cartridges not working) for more information on my issues. They backed their product and offered to either send me new cartridges back or a full refund. I thought it was a lost cause, but I'm glad to see their proactive customer service and willingness to make things right. That gets me a lot of points. I will definitely change my mind the next time I look for cartridges. That's the sound of money flushed down the toilet when you buy this product. Who knows what I actually got, because neither the cartridge labels nor the box actually said HaloFox. It looks like some kind of fakes. None of them worked in the printing shop. A "Picking Problem" error appears indicating the chips are not aligned with the pins on the printer. Buy EOM toner cartridges and avoid headaches.
