The toner cartridges arrived in a special toner box wrapped in yellow plastic paper with foam pads on each end. A special toner box was inside another box for extra protection. Each cartridge was easy to insert and the installation instructions were easy to follow. My HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M180nw registered the toner cartridges as non-HP and initialized with no problems. Print quality is the same as Original HP inks.

I was a bit nervous about buying another brand of ink for my printer. I've had experience with other inks where everything "looked" the same but didn't work. That was great. The print quality is excellent and installation was easy. With our kids not being able to go back to school this year due to COVID we are printing a lot more than usual. I always hesitate to buy toner from other brands because some printers just don't work or the print quality is bad. Not this product. The print quality is amazing and it works great with my HP printer. Considering that HP only sells black toner for over $50, this product is worth every penny. Highly recommended.

Packaging was good and instructions were clear. The HP MFP M180 printer recognized the third-party cartridge and automatically adjusted it. Works great - prints like it used to with an Original HP printer for half the price. So far I've used 2 of the 4 color cartridges and no problems. I can't say how long they will last, but so far all the signs are positive. A good product.

I was very disappointed with this purchase. The yellow and magenta cartridges work perfectly. However, the black and cyan cartridges apply toner unevenly. stripes on each side. Removing the cartridges and shaking to evenly distribute the toner inside the cartridge did not help. I also printed several dozen pages hoping that the cartridge would work well after "burning in", but to no avail. Don't waste money. Update on my previous post. I did not ask to be contacted, but HaloFox contacted me in advance of the original report (of cartridges not working) for more information on my issues. They backed their product and offered to either send me new cartridges back or a full refund. I thought it was a lost cause, but I'm glad to see their proactive customer service and willingness to make things right. That gets me a lot of points. I will definitely change my mind the next time I look for cartridges…
