I received different tools than those shown in the picture. In fact, I got more than I needed. One of the plastic tools failed and broke, but the metal nail file ended up working much better. The quality of the digitizer is excellent! My tablet looks the same as when I first bought it! Everything connected immediately with no problems. The adhesive on the back came off a bit and there were bubbles underneath, but that didn't matter in the end. The screen protector that came with it was also cut off a little weirdly and didn't fit the home button well, so I removed it. I didn't really care about the screen protector, so it doesn't affect my rating of the digitizer.
