I would definitely recommend the purchase, I don't think there is anything wrong with it.
Long - is made by two straits. Initially conceived as an imitation of a drip coffee maker, in fact it looks more like an instant coffee maker. Models 250.23 and .33 differ only in color, .31 - instead of Long, double (stronger than usual) Expresso. The correct setting of the degree of grinding is the passage (30 ml) of the maximum load of grain (maximum strength) on the Express program - 20-30 sec. (ideally closer to 25).

At max. - the hottest coffee from coffee machines that I tried. 9) Very fine adjustment of the strength (radiation-free) - with a twist. 10) Cover of the grain container with rubber gaskets (grain is less weathered). 11) According to the instructions, the ZU (Brewer) does not require cleaning from oils (with the purchase of special cleaning products, like others). It is written that it is enough to soak in cold water for 5 minutes. - 1 time per month. 12) The EKAM platform with memory is exactly the same as on the flagships on the same platform. Therefore, the end product in the form of coffee will be exactly the same (even in comparison with ESAM 3600). 13) The kit contains a decalcifying filter (placed directly in the water tank), a liquid cleaning agent for planned decalcification (there is a program) and a test strip for measuring water hardness.
- 1) Too fast steel millstones burn the grain, the result is that the taste of coffee turns bitter. It’s not that it’s impossible to drink directly, it just needs to be taken into account (for example, take a smaller roast, etc.). 2) Even from the instructions it is not clear that you can change the grind only while the coffee grinder is running (during grinding) and no more than one click. Clicks at this moment are not felt at all. 3) When turned on / off, it spills / cleans the nozzles (at a time - 30 ml) into the tray - it cannot be turned off, it can only be adjusted - from 15 min. up to 3 hours. But when working in the pan, much more liquid is collected. 4) The memory is not large in size and does not sit tightly in its seat (possibly thermal gaps, a joke). 5) Grain container lid without hinges. 6) When loading ground coffee in the form of one measuring spoon (included), only two programs are available - Expresso and Long (you will have to pour 2 times separately for each strait). 7) The cappuccinatore turned out to be a little low for me. To get a mug out from under it, you always have to take it to the side, which is why it drips past the tray. 8) Red indicator lights through black glass are barely visible and poor in information content - only 4 pcs.
