Updated 5/5: I already have the replacement keyboard and I love it. I'm so glad the seller contacted me to replace the broken keyboard. My wife loves the color! Updated: 04.05. The seller was very nice and immediately contacted me about my experience and offered to replace the keyboard. I should have contacted them first but so often I get excuses. Not here! Great experience. Original rating: 4/30 I got this keyboard for my home office about a month and a half ago and it's the worst keyboard ever. The keys protrude and interfere with typing, and the mechanical nature of the keys, and perhaps the cheapness of the material used in production, means that they "creak" when you type, and so they don't creak for a month and a half-break. I just can't take it today. but the included mouse works well, perhaps ironically, doesn't creak
