Difficult to install (case and screen protector)

Very difficult to install on the bottom for A2338 (13 inch Pro 2020 M1). As a result, I thought it didn't fit properly. However, you must place it on the side closest to the hinge for it to snap properly. No instructions to make sure it was done right. The screen protector was very difficult to apply and once a bit of lint got caught you can't remove it unless you have something sticky to peel it off (not included). Soft covers are good and I like the clean matte look. However, nothing has been said about durability yet.
