I am using the free plan to manage my reputation. I can see my most recent activity on each site related to my name. There are links to other reputation management tools like Moz, IOB, and even Google which is what I like the best. The free plan is limited to 5 active accounts which is ok for me. It is a good tool to manage your reputation. I have been using the free plan. The ability to manage multiple sites is great and it helps to save your time. I have been using this software since last 3 years, it's my best friend in times of need or crisis when i'm facing any kind media issue that needs to be solved with ease! The support team always helps me out whenever required even if they are not working at their desks aswell which makes them 100% reliable for sure. Nothing much yet everything works just fine!! It has helped us manage our image/brand across various platforms like social networks-forums etc.,.
