But if you have a smaller area to cover I wouldn't hesitate to order this again. It is more flexible and not as fragile as an egg crate. In the photo I used it as a shelf. The spot has been occupied by one of my crabs, Coco, and she vigorously defends it several times a week! I also use the leftover piece to air dry the plants and store them for later use.
