GREAT filter! I've been using fake filters for years with no problems. The last filter I got looked a bit short for m. One worked fine. The second after installation, there was no ice or water, called the mechanic. He was professional and said my ice machine motor was out of order. He replaced the motor and we're back in business. Within 3 days the water and ice stopped working again. I tried replacing the filter with my last backup filter. Worked again for 3 days and stopped. I called the mechanic back as they were still in the shop with a 90 day warranty. A few days before the second visit to the repair shop, I ordered and installed the original Samsung filter. Both ice and water worked great. I waited until the last possible moment to cancel the service appointment. It's been over 2 months now and everything is working great‼️
