I was looking for a good seat cover for my 2001 VW Jetta when my English bulldog comes out for a ride, when I load my bike gear or in any other messy or hairy situation. I had a Sling Dog hammock cover a few years ago and found it a bit annoying having to attach and remove the straps on the front seat headrests. It will slide, expose hair in the back seats, and will need to be removed if people ride in the back seat or if I want to load something in the back seat. I saw great reviews and decided on this case. My interior is grey-black so I wanted a gray case. However, the brown was 45% off and the gray sold out when I placed my order, so I just ordered the brown. Strangely when the item arrived I opened it and there was a gray lid inside. I double checked the order and the box saying the box has a brown but gray cover! Although it was an odd mix-up, I was really happy to see the gray cover. It only took a few minutes to install and it fits my car very well. The cover has a non-slip backing and never slips when the seat is exposed to hair and my dog is happy I'm sure he doesn't slip on it like some other covers. The cover looks very high quality and protects my seats perfectly. I've had this cover for a few months now and it's still holding up well and I'm very happy with this purchase.
