Definitely a retro phone. Manufactured in the UK. The sound quality is good. The phone is the same as the original Western Electric 500 phone. The base is cheaper. The rotary control does not use a long pulse signal, instead converting the rotating digit into a tactile tone once the digit is pressed against the silver stop. This takes a little practice. Other than that, it's a good demo that works like a phone.

1960s style dial telephone, classic retro old-fashioned design, elegant workmanship, ideal for home and office use and decoration.
