I mostly listen to audiobooks and use them as a headset. Very convenient in the subway, almost inaudible third-party noise. After that, it was not possible to charge by charging from the USB port on the computer, it turned out to be resuscitated only by charging Quick Charge (I took it from a colleague, from the iPhone XR itself with normal charging). I turned to the seller to return the headphones (I was able to do this only 3 days after the discovery of a breakdown). They refused to accept, asked to write an application, they said that they would consider it within 3 days. Apparently, in order to wait until 15 days expire to return a technically complex device with subsequent repair under warranty. The seller refused to sign the copy of the application, so I had to insist. For some reason they constantly mention the "Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights", saying that I cannot return the goods under it, although in this case it is on my side. You can't get through to the management, supposedly not at the workplace, they don't give you a cell phone. They arranged some kind of circus with horses and a kindergarten. I will watch, I hope that the battery was discharged spasmodically for the first and last time. I would not want to get a similar problem somewhere on a trip. Nevertheless, I recommend buying headphones, they are good for listening to music and as a headset, but with reservations: 1. I recommend waiting about six months until “childhood illnesses” are fixed. 2. I don’t really see the point of buying from an authorized dealer. When buying from an official dealer at an official (high) price, you expect that all your problems will be solved quickly or at least solved. In fact, you get an absolutely inadequate attitude.
