Too bad this item is non-refundable because when I washed it when I originally received the product it came out of the dryer so crumpled and stuck so tight. I will not iron masks after washing. We also have animals so any bit of animal hair and lint within a 5 mile radius will also stick to the material. Do you have itchy fur or fluff in your mask all day? Super annoying. If you don't want to take it to the dry cleaners to have it professionally cleaned or want to take the time to do it yourself, look elsewhere.
