We live in an area that is hot and humid most of the year. These types of shirts are ideal because they are cooler than shirts made from fabrics like cotton. Piqué.-They don't sweat stain like cotton.-They keep their color without fading.-They don't wrinkle when dried (although they should be folded and not cooled).-They are more resistant to snagging than cotton. They usually last a lot longer than cotton because the material is harder to break. This shirt is well tailored and good enough to be considered business casual. The color is gorgeous (okay, it might not be exactly how my wife would describe it, but trust me, it's gorgeous). It is very practical and the price is surprisingly low.
