First of all I have to say a huge THANK YOU to the previous reviewer who shared how they removed the flow restrictor from this unit. If the block is bolted to the wall pipe, first remove the washer and set it aside. Then take a long screw and thread it into one of the small holes in the flow restrictor that is under the washer. Then use a pair of pliers and rip those suckers out! Replace the washer, install the unit with tape, and you're in business. This is the best shower head I have ever had. I really love it! The settings are great and the laptop is easy to remove and replace. I hate the cold when showering and I love it because when using the portable part I still get extra heat from the water coming out of the main unit.
