I like that it has all of my case information in one place, so there are no multiple systems for different cases which saves time if you have more than one case going at once. It also makes things easier when looking up old records since everything is together instead of having to go through several databases trying to find what you're looking for. The fact that there's an option to use Google Drive for storage is great because you don't need to worry about storing files locally or backing them up. When we first started using this software our database was very slow and hard to search. Since then they've been updating their product regularly and added new features that make searching your data much faster. Now when someone needs something from me (such as a file) they can just look up who owns it online and be able to get right back to work without wasting any time!
