Dry, sticky cuticles are history

Delicious scent, tiny dabs do all the nails and cuticles. Recommended to me by friends, registered nurses, whose hands must be clean, without a snag. I like to apply it right before bed and rub it into my fingers. It seems to have the added benefit of pleasant dreams.
