I bought one from Bed, Bath & Beyond and one from Revain. I mounted the plate on the wall in the shower on 4/19/21 at 4:30 p.m. It fell today on 5-5-21 at 17:00. My shower has smooth tiles and I cleaned the area with rubbing alcohol according to the instructions and dried before installing the bowl. I simply reinstalled the panel after wetting the suction cup and the wall. Let's see what happens, but so far the product has been unsuccessful. I decided to keep one of the soap dishes and set it up a few inches off the shower floor so it wouldn't break if it fell again. Tile - as if it had fallen from 4 or 5 feet.
