Review on πŸ“Έ USA GEAR Camera Sling Shoulder Strap: Adjustable, Neoprene, Safety Tether, Accessory Pocket - Compatible with Canon, Nikon, Sony DSLR and Mirrorless Cameras (Black) by Mark Kolipano

Great strap with a small modification.

After looking at all the carrying straps available, I liked that they have a longer soft part on the shoulder. There are also pockets for storing a memory card and an extra battery. One minus, the strap under the arm is a little short for me. Should be longer. The shoulder strap is quite long and adjustable. Now the camera is right where my right hand used to be, so I can just grab it, lift it, and take the picture. I also bought a bracelet from the same company. USA Gear Camera Strap with Black Neoprene Coating, Convenient Mount & Quick Release Buckles - Works with Canon, Fujifilm, Nikon, Sony & Other DSLRs, Mirrorless Instant Print Cameras. The problem I found is that the seat belt that comes with a harness is attached with a split ring. The only way to remove it is to unscrew the carabiner that connects to the bottom mounting plate and remove the strap, but then it remains attached to the camera. FYI, the split ring is a real pain. The wrist strap attaches the same way but has a buckle to detach it from the wrist strap but stays back on the camera. So I got creative. I found an old camera strap that had clips on the end. I removed the split ring from the bracelet and tied a hook to it. Then I put this split ring on the camera. I then used this split ring to attach another clip to the seat belt. Now I can take both off or switch between them and the only thing left on the camera is the split ring. The company must develop a switching system for them. Note: The other strap in the picture is for my lens cap.
