Waiting for the seller to validate their warranty! The charger stopped charging the battery 6.5 months after purchase. The seller wants me to return the charger with a tracking number before sending me a new charger. So of course I can work without my laptop. The charger supplies power to the laptop but does not charge the battery. The battery was replaced, that's not the reason. I was told that on 5.12. was sent, I haven't heard anything for 3 days, waiting for the tracking number, sent another message. I was informed that the package was damaged and returned to the warehouse presumably before it even got to me. Their stock is out of stock and they "replenish stock within 10-15 business days" once they receive it, they ship it again "within 3-5 business days" and say they are returning, this time a refund was offered . I don't want a refund because I need a charger to power my laptop for work! Also, returning a defective item that is likely to be repaired or used does not guarantee a refund. So far, what has been said has not become reality. Just take a look. They are very friendly and respectful. I got a new one from another seller less than a year ago. it was thicker, didn't glow and never charged well so I was very nervous about buying again, HOWEVER this time when I saw this charger and realized it was almost identical to the manufacturer's charger I bought it straight away. The delivery took a little longer than I had hoped. It's usually two days, but this item wasn't available through Prime. However, it took almost a week. I plugged it in and it glowed like the original and charged my laptop just as fast as the original! I just hope it lasts much longer than the non original brand and the original which only lasted 2 years. Considering the laptop cost almost 3,000 you would think the charging cable would last a little over 2 years. Either way, great deal! Thanks very much!
