I will probably have to send it back. While the phone's tripod looks nice, the remote just doesn't work. I connected it to my phone but when I turn on the camera the Android button on the remote doesn't work. The iPhone button seems to activate the phone's volume. The instructions said I could download the Camera 360 app if the standard method doesn't work, but this app is rubbish (IMHO). It's clumsy and has all the crap I don't want and it has LOUD ads that pop up whenever they feel like it. Without remote work, this whole setup is pretty much useless to me. It's a shame, although the tripod seems to be pretty good. ------ I finally figured it out. I had to go into camera settings and toggle the volume rocker from zoom to shutter. This only works when I use the iOS button, the Android button still doesn't do anything, but as long as I know that everything is fine.
