I bought a size 7.5-8.5 unicorn pattern for my 3.5 year old daughter who wears a size 8. Fits great but be aware the workmanship is pretty poor. She needed water shoes for a summer kindergarten program that allows them to "splash" twice a week. She only used them for a month maybe 7 times in around 30-45 minutes. At the beginning of the 4th week, the soles of BOTH shoes came off the fabric! Sure, they're pretty cheap and I didn't expect them to last long, but she should have worn them for at least a month without falling apart. I wouldn't recommend buying them if you intend to use them for a long time.
