I got my glass of lotus today and I'm head over heels in love! First of all great packaging! It was packaged very carefully and packaged in a beautiful cylindrical box perfect for gifting. There are a few other little things in the packaging that make this item a delight (for yourself or as a gift)! As for the glass itself, it's even more beautiful live! The lotus pattern is engraved on the inner glass, so you don't have to worry about it peeling or scratching over time. The two-piece strainer snaps nicely into place and stays in place while you enjoy your drink and doesn't wobble at all. Or you can remove it entirely and enjoy your drink that way. I have already used a large basket for loose tea and plan to use a smaller basket for fruit infused water. It is pleasant to drink from, both hot and cold, and appears to be very strong. And I already said it's BEAUTIFUL! I'm happy every time I look at it! Do yourself a favor and order this glass! You will not be disappointed! I plan to order more to give as gifts. UPDATE: I've tried amniotic fluid and it works great! Much better than those "fruit infusion water bottles" that give you little space with a plastic cylinder. I used to use a plastic lemon water bottle and the acid from the lemon started to degrade the plastic over time. I'm sure chemicals have been leached into my water. Much better and healthier without plastic! Thank you Sacred Lotus of Love!
