cheaply made and cheap looking
I probably would have sent it back if the humidity in my kitchen hadn't formed so many loaves of bread lately. The top of the roll is made of bamboo glued to a cheap fabric. One board broke but I glued it with wood glue because I didn't want to wait for a replacement. When I assembled it, the side tore, and I also glued it. The top of the roll was uneven but I figured it would straighten out once the sides were secured in the grooves after assembly. Unfortunately this is not the case.
- The smooth bamboo material is easy to clean, wipe with neutral soapy water and then wash with clean water. We recommend storing the bread box in a well-ventilated place away from direct heat or sunlight.
