All my morning headaches are gone. Make sure you buy the right size. A 3 inch pillow gets pretty thin as you warm it up and get used to your head and neck. It also doesn't appear to be made from the same durable material as the 4". I found the material a little stiff at first, but after a few nights I got used to it and felt like heaven. No smell to begin with. I have one Travel pillow that after about 3 years became too soft to use I hope this new material holds up better however for the price it is worth the lack of headaches I have a chronic migraine and I know I get sleepy nights clenching my jaw. By the way, I have no problem sleeping with this pillow on my back.
