Review on Guidance by Robert Gilbert

There's nothing I dislike about this product or its implementation - everything was easy for us as customers (or rather lack of it). The only thing we couldn't do without their help (due to our own inability) were implementing some features that are not available out there yet such as dynamic pricing according to user profiles etc.. which we're doing now but would be nice if they could have implemented those from day one! Our clients use them because every member at my organization has used something like ecommerce platform before so everyone knows what he/she needs when working together. I like that they create content for my website as well as social media outlets. They are always available when you need them! The only thing I dislike about Guidance is their lack of SEO knowledge. We have been working together since 2015 but we still can not rank our site higher than page 12 or 13. This has hurt us because it's difficult to get people interested in our product if there isn't any search engine optimization (SEO) behind it.
