Alas, the same fate befell me. Yes, this is a fairly affordable smartphone, but, 1, there are cheaper ones, and 2, this does not mean that for this price the buyer must humbly endure all the lags. I’ll mention the slowness of the system in passing, nevertheless, this is a rather subjective characteristic, it’s fast for someone, something will seem slow to someone. But. When the camera does not just slow down, but delays the picture for 1-2 seconds, while, of course, spoiling everything, because. after 2 seconds, the person in the frame blinks, then the frame is not the same, especially if you are shooting a child. The quality of the photo itself is disgusting. It's like a 2 or 4 MP camera (the lenses are rubbed, if anything). Then the camera began to dance the following - as usual, you turn it on, click on "take a picture", it does not just hang, but blinks the screen and "drops". The video is recorded every other time, and recently the extravaganza-phone itself arbitrarily cut off the video I shot, i. E. the shooting went on, so many seconds, then I look in the gallery - only 4 seconds total. There is enough memory, this is not the reason. I thought in my previous Samsung a6 the camera was "so-so", so there it at least worked flawlessly! Since one of the important functions of a modern smart phone is to take pictures of some quality, but at least take them, I categorically do not recommend this model for purchase. After browsing the forums, I saw that this is a massive problem. And yes, I reset the settings of both the camera and the phone. Did not help. Someone advises contacting a service center. But I, for example, cannot stay without a phone for a day - work, passwords are tied to it, a lot of everything is configured. So, I will continue to suffer. And next time bypass Samsung for a kilometer. Sorry for the many letters.
