Every dog seat cover I get starts tearing within months and every one fails in the same damn place. a "feature" that allows access to the underlying seatbelt slots. And they all use Velcro to keep them closed when you don't need access to the seat belt. And every case I've used, including this one, starts cracking here. Either the Velcro comes loose or it tears along the seam. When I bought this one there was no indication it had it so I was very disappointed but gave it a try anyway. If it doesn't tear, your dog's fur will stick to the Velcro very quickly, opening your dog's paw hole and damaging the seat. I'll probably borrow someone's sewing machine to mend these holes forever.
