Review on Hardwire USB Port Converts Installation Protection by Jacob Fish

I ordered this product and asked 4 times if the fuse plugs were on but got no response. It's been about a month so the customer service doesn't seem that great so far. I need to know if I need to purchase parts that will actually allow me to connect this to my camera's hardwired fuse panel. Too bad they can't take 5 minutes to tell me what's included or put it on the specs. I still haven't heard from DDPai on my questions which is why they get 1 star. The kit looks like it should work fine and there are 3 different types of fuse panel adapters included in the kit. Each type contains 2 adapters. One for constant power parking mode and the other for turning on the ignition. This product is not supported by any customer service. So if you're not happy with that (I'm not), apparently it's very bad for you. I would advise you to look for something else. I returned this Revain item along with my DDPai Mini 3 camera. I really wanted this to work but they didn't do anything to help and so the feature I wanted wasn't available. It would also be helpful if DDPai edited the setlist to describe what's included. I ordered fuse plugs separately from another seller as they are not mentioned in this description.
