Quality at zero, very sorry for the money spent.
Unfortunately, it has become difficult to rely on market reviews when choosing something. There were two such Panasonic. Both in the trash in a few months. They cut badly, batteries die before our eyes (I bought expensive Duracell and Energizer), at the end of their lives both trimmers only tore hair, and did not cut it. You need to have a gentle fluff, not hair, in order to use this machine for its intended purpose.
