Lately I've been worried about the current condition of my teeth. I've been prone to tooth decay since I was young, although I practice healthy oral hygiene at home. I've spent countless dollars on dental work over the past few years and thought I might need to invest in an electric toothbrush instead of a manual toothbrush. After lots of research and thousands of reviews, I decided on a Philips Sonicare electric toothbrush. I've only been using this product for a few weeks and WOW I've already noticed the biggest difference in my teeth, every time I brush it feels like I just got out of the dentist's office. I really have a feeling my dentist will notice a significant difference in my teeth which makes me excited for my routine cleaning. I am so in love with the toothbrush and happy with the results so far. The toothbrush has 3 speeds and 2 different modes but honestly I can't tell the difference between brushing and whitening. The programmed 2 minute time is a great feature that helps me brush my teeth for a full 2 minutes. Overall an AMAZING product! The only downside, while reading through all the reviews before buying, I came across a couple of reviews about the handle and how stiff it was to hold the brush. At the time I thought people were too critical, but I also saw that as a problem. I'm fairly young (25 years old) and don't have arthritis or other conditions that make it difficult to hold, but if this brush gets wet from the water and toothpaste mixture, the brush can be a bit difficult to hold The brush doesn't have a rubber or silicone grip. I still love this toothbrush despite this issue, but if I had a medical condition that made it difficult to grip objects I would hesitate to buy it. I also LOVE this toothbrush and would buy it again in a heartbeat.
