I was concerned about buying these cartridges for my HP, hoping I wouldn't have a problem with my printer not accepting them. However, if your printer informs you that it is a non-HP cartridge, just make sure you have the latest update installed for your printer. I thought so, but when my printer wouldn't pick up the cartridge I checked the HP site and found there was an update (sometimes your printer doesn't always tell you this, check the site for your printer). I had no problems and even now the software shows the ink levels as in the original cartridge. I will definitely have no problems buying this brand again.
