This is a small 12V electric pump that can be installed almost anywhere to pump liquids. Like a drink dispenser for passengers in the car. It makes a noticeable noise when running, but remember it's not like an electric fuel pump that runs all the time. I personally like the sound it makes. I can hear when I'm running out of liquid or when my passengers are running out of refreshments.
