Light support with maximum flexibility

I didn't need those hard, board-like metal braces that clamp my wrist like a vise. They have their uses. I wanted something that would support typing but not get in the way and also allow for wrist flexion. It fits that bill and gives me what I was looking for. In the case of slight pain, this seems to help in combination with a bandage. But as always, full recovery takes time. There are two of them, one for the right hand and the other for the left. My biggest suggestion is that since I only have problems with my right hand, I'd rather get two for that hand than the one I need and the one I won't be using. a month or more ago, but encountered a problem after using it during that time. The velcro is very weak and wears out quickly. Instead of normal Velcro hooks, micro hooks are used, which are short-lived. Therefore, after this time there is a limit to how tightly you can attach the orthosis. In the beginning the mount worked very well but not so much now. If they used regular velcro they wouldn't have this problem. Note that the micro hooks they use have a shorter than average lifespan.

Pros
  • YOU LIVE WITHOUT PAIN: My sister suffered from wrist pain after playing baseball. The podiatrist recommended our wrist brace. Luckily, after a few uses of our wrist splint on her wrist, her wrist pain has reduced.
Cons
  • Ugly packaging
