Neck Relief: my feedback

I love this product! I can say it was the best investment. It really helped me and i feel like my knot on my neck is gone. Ive also found this to be veryyyyy relaxing on a stressful. Theres a slight discomfort when you do it the first few times with arms and back. but breathing techniques really help. I def think I need to see a chiropractic cause my left arm definitely feels more irritated when doing this. might need a good straights and alighment.
