Ordered size XL, fit was more like L. Jacket didn't help much, barely covered my dog. Tried on but never used. Labels and packaging are intact. The worst was the return. I didn't realize this was not a Prime purchase and the return instructions were complicated and time consuming. I still have the jacket with the original tags and packaging. Probably just give up instead of trying to jump through all the return hoops.
