The bandage does not stretch very much, which is good as it is intended to be a compression bandage. But once it's stretched to the point where it will stretch, any subsequent attempt to use it will result in the edges on either side of the length curling continuously. When you put a bandage on, it doesn't grab the skin across the width of the bandage, only down the middle, and you spend all your time fighting the twisting (usually to no avail) trying to wrap it tightly. Consequently, the first layer of the bandage is less of a bandage and more of a tourniquet - the compression is not distributed across the width of the bandage, but is concentrated in the middle. So as a supportive bandage, it's pretty much useless.
