The skull cap works great when one has hair on their head, as mine did when I first purchased these caps. I had no problem they stayed on when I took my motorcycle helmet off. The caps have a very nice quality fabric and stitch which is why I bought them, opposed to the polyester black ones I usually use and kinda look like I'm trying to get them waves;) but I could really care less about my hair, infact since the end of the world began like two years ago or whatever. I've been using the same clippers I use to cut my dogs hair.yuppp! But these babies come off on a shaved head. And when I say come off, I mean you just look ridiculous wearing it when taking your helmet off in public because it comes right off with the helmet with no friction at all. That may be okay for some and when my hair is long I'll likely use them, that is if my cat doesn't decide to take them to her cavern of hair and evil. But when you're riding, at least for myself I like to be confident about all of my attire, for safety and usability,so the last thing I want is to wonder if my skull cap is going to come off with my helmet 4 times out of five.Like I said they are really nice looking and I hate to give the product just 3 stars, but I know that a skull cap coming off with the helmet warrants me enough to apprise other riders of that huge fact in my opinion, that they are infact not the snuggest liner. And I wouldn't recommend them for the everyday rider unless you have a full head of hair that the liner can hold too. The caps are very warm without being hot though and again really nice for the rider that just wants to ride without having an opinion about anything. everything has some anecdotal whateverness on it these days;).
