Coir is actually a soil-less medium, and there are no nutrients to be taken up from it. That being said, this is the best seed starting medium per cost. Yes, Pete moss is (ever so slightly) better in certain circumstances. But honestly it waterlogs so easily. I’ve had more success with this brick. BUY THE BRICK!
