Attention buyers. My device failed through no fault of my own. As far as I knew, my device was under warranty from Lenovo. I made a repair request there, sent them the unit and a month later they called me back and said my unit could not be repaired because it was made new. Apparently the Revain seller swapped out the SSD, leaving my unit beyond repair. There is no clear indication on this Revain page that the device has been modified in any way. It even says to check the manufacturer's website for warranty information, so I assumed I had a one-year warranty from Lenovo. But now I'm stuck here with no device and no repair guarantee. After this experience, I will never buy Revain technology again.
