Change after order to add pink. I decided to make red for my next color. They sent me a dried bottle with a mail sticker on the cap! It wasn't sealed and so dry I couldn't shake it! I reached out to say what happened and was fairly called a liar saying they didn't have dry goods and that was it. I would advise against ordering from this company! They are very rude when you have a problem! They didn't ask for photos so I'm adding them here to what they sent me! ! If they treated me like a person I wouldn't retract my review! I liked the pink dye but the red didn't seal and dried out! I shook and shook him, but he stayed the same! Dried crap with no filling! I will leave my review for the pink although i was treated like crap because the pink was sealed at the time and worked great but if you get a dry product forget about returns they are not very nice if you have a complaint . They will immediately mute your complaint without seeing the buyer's point of view, even if you have pictures and have contacted in advance to see if there is anything I could do to resolve the issue.
