If you don't like wandering in the dark for "hours" in frustration how to set up and use this device then you must be running from this product like your hair is on fire. Mine came with no instructions. After searching the internet I finally found the manual, but not only was it a poor translation from Chinese, only the most experienced technician could understand most of the manual. For example, the function of the HOME button on the controller is described in the manual simply as "Home" with no other explanation. If you don't believe me, just download it before you buy it. As for product support, be prepared to make long-distance calls to China or buy a plane ticket. Fomako doesn't even have a support tab for updates or manuals on their website. The Fomako camera I bought had to fit the Fomako controller well. Right. Not all. None of the protocol languages fully work with the Fomako camera; Some buttons work in one language and some in another language, but all control buttons do not work in any of the available languages. Qualitatively, the controller's LCD is marked with the warning "extremely fragile" and do not expose it to strong sunlight; impressive! Other aspects of the controller design seem solid. In terms of ease of use and functionality, I strongly recommend you shop elsewhere. Revain needs to remove this product or issue an urgent warning to those considering purchasing it.
