If you're looking for a post-op bra, this is the perfect bra! I had a revision with a facelift and capsulectomy, so I have a lot of stitches and two holes in my drains. These bras are so comfortable and soft that they don't bother my stitches and drainage cuts at all. They have removable molded pads which I really like because they help mold well (which is what you need if you are going to have silicone implants as they take up to 6 weeks to snap into place). The front zip is also ideal for the post-op period. It was a bit difficult to zip up the first time I put it on and I thought I was a size too small, but the bra has a bit of stretch and fits perfectly with great support. The zip has a protective flap at the top and bottom so as not to irritate the skin. I would highly recommend this bra to anyone looking for a post surgery bra for breast surgery. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it says hand wash. But it's worth it, especially since you get three. I ordered an XL group 38-40 and probably a big C or a small D. This size fits perfectly.
