Aunt Lydia's Crochet Cotton. 100% Mercerized. Size 10. 350 Yds. This high luster mercerized cotton crochet thread is perfect for crochet projects both large and small. Recommended hook: Size 7 (1.5mm). Machine wash gentle cycle, warm water, no bleach. Rinse well and promptly remove. Roll in towel. Block.

Beautiful thread

I have been using Aunt Lydia's thread for many years. It's durable, reliable in color consistency, it makes beautiful lace doilies or delicate crochet work.

Pros
  • Crocheted by Aunt Lydia Cotton. 100% mercerized. Size 10. 350 meters.

Not only suitable for crocheting, but also for quilting.

I used this for quilting with large stitches with a #3 milliner needle and was very happy with the results. This is a giant ball of thread that should last a very long time.

Can't find it locally

Some of us have searched for months but haven't found a single store in our area that sells size 10 navy blue crochet thread. We use it to fasten the quilts we make for Lutheran World Relief. I'm so glad I found this color! Will definitely be ordering more in the future.
