I ordered my regular size in a roomy fit because I needed more room in the toe box. And this choice worked well for my medium width foot. The shoes are light and quite flexible. However, the sole was thin. It wasn't until I put in some aftermarket gel insoles that my feet felt comfortable. Another tweak was to replace the existing laces with elastic laces. This has severely affected comfort in the upper part of the foot. After this adjustment, these shoes work very well.
