I bought a normal Avon remover and I have sensitive skin so I thought this would be better. Wow. I must have very sensitive skin or this product just doesn't do what it's advertised to do. Just hold it for four minutes and it burned my skin, red spots appeared and the skin was scaly the next day. not good especially when it is made for sensitive skin and it is a really good product. UPDATE March 2015, so made a few more tries, spent less time on skin with less product. still not good, terrible. lasted only three minutes and for the next few days my skin was burned, red and bumpy. threw away both tubes. this is a terrible product
