This is a gift for my 89 year old mother who had vision problems after a stroke six years ago. She never takes it off; lives on the fact that water cannot harm him. Every time I ask her the time, she reads the watch perfectly. As for the humor, she never tires of showing the lighted display to her friends and family. She has shown a lot of "light" in her life and the irony is that she still can. And the watch is as beautiful as it is functional!
