Very good customer service by speakaplive! The app is really user friendly as it allows you complete control of your conversations using smart phone or tablet devices. I like how easily one can manage multiple clients in different locations simultaneously. It's easy for me because all my calls are recorded so i don't need worry about forgetting anything important while speaking on call. Sometimes when having conversation over video its difficult keeping eye contact but they made sure we could keep our heads still without looking awkward which was great! They also offer an option where both parties will be able see each other even if there isn’t enough space available between them (like across table) allowing us more freedom since sometimes not everyone speaks english well especially those who live far away. Overall this has been very helpful considering no matter what part of work life we're talking about - business related questions/concerns, relationship concerns etc. Its helped reduce miscommunication issues within the team & increased productivity overall.
