We use them to tell each other which direction the pigeons are flying so we're ready to shoot since you don't have much time before they fly behind various groups of trees. noisy. I don't know if it's headphones or a radio, but you have to speak loud enough for it to work in a hands-free configuration. So they didn't work that well in pig hunting. If you can speak loudly they work, but if you need to be quiet you should probably buy better or more sensitive headphones. At around $5.50 each, they're not bad.
